American singer-songwriter and co-founder of R.E.M. (1980), Michael Stipe is also a visual artist and activist, championing environmental and social causes. He donated his Polaroid portrait of Scottish Oscar-winning actress Tilda Swinton, taken during a shoot in New York City for his book on Swinton, to DEVOTION along with Love Letters donated by both artists and DEVOTION Ambassadors.
