4. Online Boutique – Terms of Sale

• Boutique Model: Items are made-to-order or limited edition.
• No Refunds: All donations and sales are final.
• Exchanges Only: Exchanges may be accepted for sizing or defects. Request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Return Shipping: Postal fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Availability: Products are subject to availability and production timelines (usually 5–10 business days).
